Max Weber.

He is a german sociologist. Born in Erfurt Prusia in 1864. Max Weber was the son of a lawyer and prominent politician of the Liberal Party. He studied at the universities of Heidelberg, Berlin and Gottingen. He had special interest in law, history and economics.In 1909 he founded the German Sociological Association. It was a great innovator in the social sciences in several respects, including the methodology: unlike the pioneers of sociology, Weber understood that the method of these disciplines could not be a mere imitation of those used by natural science, since social issues that involve individuals of conscience and intentions will be understood.
His work in social sciences:
Proposed the method of ideal types, subjective categories that describe the intent of the social partners through extreme cases, pure and free from ambiguity, but such cases never happened before in reality; Weber thus laid the foundations of the method of work modern sociology, and all the social sciences, based on building theoretical models that focus the analysis and discussion on rigorous concepts.
I like his work because of the great influence he had on the development of social sciences, including the science of management.He pioneered the field of social sciences. Great theorist of bureaucracy.Their influence is so important today, which is essential reference for any student interested in social research methods.

In this pages there are magazines, articles and abstracts related with policy, management and organizational culture.

The second: An index of publications. To this index gives direct access to journals and updated material.It is easy to select text to read directly accessing the titles of the documents.

The play-station 3

The play-station 3 is a video game console. It has implemented the ultimate technology for the reproduction of images of high definition. It is a distraction for me.When I need fun I take a control and start playing. But the play-station 3 is not mine. My friend and me go a cyber-store. But not anything. We go to the store of another friend: Cristian. He is owner of the play-station. We only enjoy it.
Cristian studies in Valparaiso. He comes all the weekend. He has been my friend since childhood. Because of this every time that he is in Santiago we meet ( plus another friend ) to know how he is. I play almost every weekend but If I need distraction I may go for the cyber-store and begin to play. His parents are my friend too.
If I did not have access to the play maybe I would practice more sport or maybe not.

Films

Films have something that makes us dream, a combination between fantasy and the real life. In films we reflect our desires. We see how our more intimate desires are represented in them. It s for this reason that I don’t see films very often. Films make us sleep and think about how things should be an “ideal world ”. Although I recognize that the Chilean films have a more social topic. This search, mostly , show our cultural characteristics. These are films that I like.
My favorite film is “Braveheart”. I like it because it tells the history the Scottish people , their war for freedom. Also, the independence war of Scotland has many mysteries, as the relation between “the templar knight” and the masonry and the people Scottish.

If I want to see a movie, I prefer a frosty night, a good company and at home. See an action film is a good overview to spend a frizzing night. Although, if I get to choose between a film and the football mach, I prefer the game. If the film related to football or any other sport would be excellent.

Music is for me as a drug that takes me to the place where my problems disappear. I can to think freely and to see the everything from your origins. The kind music that like me have as characteristic your content social. It have a social sense and includes instruments that producing harmonic melodies. My music the download from the internet. Here I can to get all type the music. From national sing since international groups. I follow groups called Inti Illimani, Quilapayum, Los jaivas, Joe vasconcelos, Sol y lluvia and the popular singer Victor Jara. For the general I go to every your concert and listen your music every time I can. When I study listen a Silvio Rodriguez or orchestral music. When I am happy like me dance and listen to Juan Luis Guerra or regeton. When I am sad listen only to me awareness and I search other distraction. The music is in every moment the my life this is part of our culture and is essential for our life. If I want to relax after class I hear music in my bed. If I want to enjoy with my friends I hear music with they.when I am with my family we talked and danced. Always the music is part of my social and personal activity.When you feel sad or happy listening to music? when you celebrate a holiday, do not dance? when we hear a beautiful song wake up feelings hide in ous. Earthquake

The 29 the february I was in my bed trying to sleep. Y live with my sister and my two nieces. They was sleeping when the earthquake started. My first reaction was very coward. Y was feeling a fear that ran through my body. Y covered my head with my arms and wait about two seconds that the earthquake was over. When I was calmer I wake up and went to talk with my sister about what was happening. This night was not quit.Once that finished this phenomenon I ran to parents house but to see how they were. My peace returned when I saw that my sister and my parents were good. This night was the anxiety and conversation. the next morning we call to the family that live around the region of the Araucania but know as they was. I gather with my friends food and clothing but the people what lost everything in the earthquake. I only hope that it not happen again because the country is not prepared to endure another tragedy as that.
